Yes. Ordering, the brief, review and revisions all happen through a form and email. If you prefer to explain something visually, a quick screen recording works great.
Screenshots (or a 1–3 minute screen recording) of your product, your logo and brand colours, the three things you most want people to understand, and where you want viewers to go.
Our videos are built with code-driven motion templates and AI-assisted scripting, then art-directed and checked by a person before you see them. Your product's UI is shown as it really is, never a generated imitation. If you add voice-over, it's a licensed AI voice and we say so.
Every package includes two rounds of written revisions: copy, timing, order, colours and music. If we haven't started your video, you can cancel for a full refund. If the final video doesn't match your written brief after both rounds, we refund 50%.
